Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver to anywhere in Thailand but we are also looking into best way that is most economic shipping cost for international delivery, so please feel free to reach out if you are not in Thailand and want to order, we will make it happen for you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you place the order and pay, it takes 1-2 busines days then we ship.

Will every products looks same as on pictures on website?

Our products are all handmade by the local artisans, so there might be subtle differences in color or size which are inherent characteristics of natural materials.  So there will not be identical pieces but we hope you appreciated the uniqueness of the handmade products

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We love personalized items!  Feel free to share with us your idea or wish.

There is no guarantee that every item can be customized BUT we will try our best to accommodate your wish!

Can I order bulk /wholesale?

Absolutely! We can assist hotels /resorts, weddings, real estate & restaurants business or any corporate looking for unique handmade products as well as wedding or corporate giftboxes.

How can I return the products?

Damaged items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us right away at WhatsApp +66870698511 or [email protected]

To ensure your return is accepted, please carefully re-package the item in its original packaging.

We kindly ask that you take your time in choose carefully, if there are any items that you are not sure about in term of specification or info please feel free to contact us before you purchase. We would love to accommodate every customer and make sure you are happy, however, we do not offer refund if you simply just change your mind or did not read description carefully.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Items can be cancelled before we change order status to shipped, please contact us right away at WhatsApp +66870698511 or [email protected] and a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
